When will I receive my order?

We know you want your order as soon as possible!  We have two types of product in our shop, Ready to Ship and Custom Made. 

Custom Made
These are clearly described in the product listing along with how long it will take to process, generally this is 5 to 7 business days. We ship using 1st class Royal Mail. Please allow up to two weeks to receive your order after you checkout.

Ready to Ship
If you order a product that is ready to ship, anything that is not marked as Custom Made, then we process in 1 to 2 business days and ship using 1st class Royal Mail.

How much is postage?

Some of our products offer free postage!  You can calculate postage at checkout and this will depend on what you have ordered.  We try very hard to keep our postage costs as low as possible.

Can I get my items shipped sooner?

Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do if your order is urgent.

What form of payments do you take?

We use Paypal but you do not need to have a Paypal account to use it. There is an option to use Credit and Debit Cards when Paypal is selected.

We also accept payment by bank transfer, please note orders will not be processed until we have confirmed that payment has been received.

Can you make a custom order for me?

Yes! We love custom orders, our customers have great ideas.  Contact us and tell us what you are looking for.  Have a look at our custom orders gallery.

Can I get a discount code?

Yes! When you sign up to our newsletter you will receive a discount code in your first newsletter.

Are they real Postage Stamps?

Yes!  This is a question we are often asked.  Where ever possible we use genuine materials, often over 50 years old.   We always clearly specify if a product is a reproduction.
